Every now and then I get a call from a site where Administration database has grown very large. It happens around every 2 month - but it is not consistent. Today I got the call again. The database is now 36 GB and growing and contains around 17.200 documents. It has lots of whitespace (only 0,9% space used).

Why does this happen? Do we have an ODS51 defect?
The server is the administration server and it is clustered with another server. Both are 8.5.1 FP1 ODS 51. On the other server the Admin4.nsf is only 112 MB.
They have 3.000 users on 4 mailservers in 2 clusters.
